Distance learning studyGood quality printed materials are an important medium for studying at a distance. The study notes, case studies, and other essential reading are included in the programme fees along with a complete set of management texts.
We will provide you with study notes specially written by WBS staff who are all leading edge researchers or practitioners in their field. The notes are updated annually, ensuring you get the best of current thinking. Delivered in a series of custom binders, and made from recycled materials, they are carefully designed to complement the best management books available, and usually contain:
- Ten lessons for you to work through at your own pace
- Three optional assignments to complete and be marked by your allocated tutor
- Self-assessed assignments
- Past or specimen exam papers where appropriate.
In addition, you will also receive two study skills guides. 'Managing to Learn' has been written specially for participants taking the Warwick MBA by distance learning. It covers general study skills and offers advice about how to approach your learning for maximum success. 'Managing with Maths', with its accompanying workbook, helps you revise the areas of mathematics that you will need during your study.
