Syndicate groups

We believe the management skills and business experience that you and other participants bring to the programme are crucial to the application of your learning. Syndicate group work will play a large part of your learning and support the creation of an ongoing network for you, both academic and social. Groups may be on campus, virtual, or based anywhere in the world.

We carefully construct syndicate groups to ensure a balance across different cultures and industry sectors. You will share your knowledge, experience, and values through this team work. Our graduates often cite this as both the most challenging and rewarding part of their studies.

Syndicate work is one of the most interesting and challenging parts of the Warwick MBA study programme. In the syndicate group we have people from different nationalities. We have people from different backgrounds with different experience levels. When you combine all this together, each member of the team benefits.

Syndicate group work actually helps you to get to know the other participants. Everyone knows everybody else because at some point most people have interacted with most other people in the syndicate groups. It really helps you to get to know the other people on the programme.
